Following the report of @laoseth on Gitter, we are missing *.lib folder in
`guice-jpa` 3.7.2 zip and `distributed` 3.7.2 zip, while `spring app` 3.7.2 zip
is fine.
This leads to unable to start of James 3.7.2 using the zip binary.
This seems to be happening for the on-going 3.7.3 release also.
We should re-package the zips and upload them correctly.
