[https://james.apache.org/server/install/guice-jpa.html] tells users to create
a keystore with an empty password using keytool. However, it seems like more
recent keytool versions (even in older version lines like jdk8, tested with
OpenJDK 8u362) no longer allow you to create a keystore with an empty password
(even when using the `-storepass` parameter).
It seems like the default config uses a default password of 'james72laBalle' -
perhaps the docs should just show that? If you agree that's the way to go I'm
happy to PR.
