Sorry for missing this! Of course this non compliance shall be addressed.
I started a mailing list thread on this. I would expect some contributors to
show up and heroically migrate this to Apache Pekko;
In order to buy them some time to perform this change I downgraded Akka to the
latest ASF v2 compatible release.
