Yes, but merely extending the range in the MailPrioritySupport interface will not guarantee that the PriorityMailQueueContract and PriorityManageableMailQueueContract contracts are adhered to for negative priority values. For instance, the MailPrioritySupport implementation, JMSCacheableMailQueue, relies on jakarta.jms.
