René Cordier commented on JAMES-4067: ------------------------------------- Following the current thread on the ML: The current main goals don't really make sense anymore: * The distributed server is already provided and prod ready * Every version of James being maintained, saying we maintain JPA makes little sense. What are the main goals of the project for now? Incoming work: * Finalizing Antora doc * Still promote Guice applications (need to still remove spring artifact when reaching 4.0.0) * postgres reactive james server should be added * pulsar james server should be added too Maybe continuing improving jmap support could be a main goal ? It's mainly implemented, but we keep improving / add missing bits to it/ Also, linking those items to EPIC/Jira existing (or need to create if not) issues > Homepage: Roadmap update > ------------------------ > > Key: JAMES-4067 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-4067 > Project: James Server > Issue Type: Improvement > Affects Versions: 3.9.0 > Reporter: René Cordier > Priority: Major > > The roadmap described in the homepage of the Apache james website is quite > outdated. > Following the initiated thread on the ML regarding this, that you can see > here [https://lists.apache.org/thread/h9m2t31zdfy4nvl4q88my78r5gwn2c95] > The goal would be to discuss to refresh that roadmap. -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.10#820010) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: server-dev-unsubscr...@james.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: server-dev-h...@james.apache.org
