I went a step further in [https://github.com/apache/james-project/pull/2569]
and removed logback-contrib entirely for the same reasons. One can still add
the jars to the extension-jars directory to get the same logging behaviour as
before. Otherwise there are a few changes to the output, in particular the
message is now available under the `formattedMessage`, the `message` key is the
uninterpolated string.
