I would like to propose a new vote for 0.8.12 release of the Apache
MIME4J library.

This release ships MIME4J-327 LenientAddressParser now handles UTF-8 and
had been requested by our community.

- The vote ends at Monday 30th of December 2024, 7am UTC+2
