Hello everybody,

After a bit more than a year of work on a Postgresql implementation for Apache James, we would like to finally propose to merge our work to the master branch of the project and add official support for it with Apache James.

The final work rebased on latest code can be seen here: https://github.com/apache/james-project/pull/2587

And its related JIRA ticket: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-2586

It's a big work and we would appreciate if some people that desire this new implementation in the community could help also review, comment and approve if it looks good to them, it would be really appreciated.
