I'll use this issue to list directories to be investigated as I suspect they
have become useless
* `apidocs` is an empty directory
* `site` seems to partially duplicate the content in the root directory
* `model-eclipse-modeler` use is unclear it seems to contain binary files
* `development-bundle` use is unclear
