Hello FYI we built at LINAGORA an AGPLv3 "Webadmin UI" : https://github.com/linagora/twake-mail-admin
It is guears for Twake Mail, but the Webadmin proxy (also AGPLv3 licensed) allows hidding each features not part of James CF https://github.com/linagora/webadmin-proxy A profile editor eases configuration by asking functional question and generates the corresponding technical configuration CF https://github.com/linagora/twake-mail-admin/tree/main/profile-editor Alast Twake Mail web cf https://github.com/linagora/tmail-flutter cf https://hub.docker.com/r/linagora/tmail-web allows end users to read their mails. All this is LINAGORA intellectual property but can be used by James users accepting the terms of the AGPLv3 license - this is free software after all. (Note that those project being 'given' to the ASF would require a mutual decision from both the PMC and LINAGORA and a would require to be done under the Software Grant Agreement - which I would not see coming) Regarding James itself, imo adding an admin UI deserves a formal vote, with people committing to maintain it on the long run.-- Best regards, Benoit TELLIER General manager of Linagora VIETNAM.
