When an email already has a non-empty PerRecipientHeaders map before the RRT
mailet changes the recipients, the headers attached to the old recipients get
lost. They are not attached to the new recipient that the original recipient
was mapped to.
This is also a problem for other mailets (e.g. PostmasterAlias,
RecipientToLowerCase, ...).
I will try to implement it in a way that the other mailets can easily be
adapted to support the change as well.
