There is _a ton_ of work to do to overcome the challenges in Peru and many other locations. We are trying to get that work done. If you are going to post to [EMAIL PROTECTED], it would be _wonderful_ if you can make your message - reasonably well researched - technical if possible (this is "devel" after all) - positive (there's enough negativity already - a positive tone helps us all) If you want to blow off steam, or if you want to "play devil's advocate"... do it elsewhere please.
