I don't, but the place to ask is the k-12 forum in moodle.org so that's what I did: http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=127184 There is also the 'Moodle Exchange': http://moodle.org/course/view.php?id=15 lots of courses in the 'Course Exchange' section. There was also a good thread about this a few months ago in another Moodle forum but I cannot find it.
