Moodle is not working now.

I just ran:
/etc/init.d/moodle stop
(bash -x /etc/init.d/moodle start 2>&1) | tee moodleinit.log
cat /etc/moodle/moodleinit.log | curl -F 'sprunge=<-' http://sprunge.us
Here is the return:
http://sprunge.us/bZMD

cat /var/log/moodle-inistupg.log | curl -F 'sprunge=<-' http://sprunge.us
returns:
http://sprunge.us/ULTi
