It will back up the whole Journal, but not the whole XO. But if you are trying to publish specific files, you have Moodle installed, and doing automagic authentication. Setup a course in moodle, publish content there. Or yoy can publish it in the 'sitecourse' which is what controls Moodle's "homepage".
