Hello,

I just did a fresh install of XS 0.6 and now I can't access Moodle. I dug
around in the mail archive but couldn't find anything to fix the problem.
 Please see details below.

-----------------------------------------
Pointing the browser to http://schoolserver.example.org/ redirects to
http://schoolserver.example.org/moodle/ and says "Moodle is disabled at
the moment."

The file '/etc/moodle/needsupgrade' exists.

>From /var/log/moodle-instupg.log:

Correcting version/local_version mangling - will error out on fresh DBs

Is the server running locally and accepting
connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
(some HTML saying 'Error: Database connection failed.")

# service pgsql-xs start
/library/pgsql-xs/data-8.3 is missing. Use "service postgresql initdb" to
initialize the cluster first. [FAILED]

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
