Your proposed mailet will cease to function in the next major version.
Mailets will not have access to the Avalon infrastructure. Mailets will be
restricted to the use of resources explicityly published for them.
Furthermore, the repository structure is changing.
If you look at NNTPRepositorImpl.createArticle, it just writes to a
temporary file, and then moves (renames) it into the NNTP spool directory.
That requires only knowing the path for the spool directory.
