I have finally solved the problem with not being able to receive email through James SMTP.
Port 25 is turned off by my ISP.
I could telnet into port 25 because I was an internal part of the domain.
I have bypassed that by having all of my email sent to a temporary email address and having fetchpop pick it up.
It is working like a charm.
I could have also had my DNS Service use a port other than 25.

I can't telnet into your smtp port from the outside, so unless it is temporarily down, you've got another problem.
