There isn't any sort of a web console to administer James. You pretty much have to roll your own.

I'm using all of the JDBC repositories and I wrote a simple perl web app that did SQL updates to the table. To change the password I wrote a perl lib that called java on the command line to use the Java classes that James uses to encrypt passwords.

I don't have anything I can just give to you, but if you want to write your own web app I can help answer questions.
