Treating address localpart with '+' as if it didn't have it?

A lot of mail servers will take an address like 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and strip off the plus and everything 
after it and process the mail as if it was to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I know that may not strictly be RFC 2822, but it can be a handy feature.

Is this configurable with James out of the box or would I have to write 
a mailet for this?

(Apologies if this has been asked before; it's sort of a hard thing to 
write a good query for in the mail archives.)
