the regional settings is arabic(kw)
i recieve the message in an Oracle database,when i save the blob field
as a notebad file
the subject header (if it is arabic) appears as: ?????????
while the body appears arabic

What font/OS/environment are you using to print the text with?
I just successfully sent/received Arabic using James as SMTP and POP3. I
did
it using Linux/Kmail.
