Short answer: No I don't

Slightly longer answer... I believe it would be a mistake to take a
shortcut which would effectively block a legitimate standards compliant
activity, when the compliant solution is simply to decode the text before
testing it against the spam patterns.

A more sophisticated approach using the Bayesian techniques Chris Means
showed us would have the subject encoding as a token and it would weight
the score of the message, if this encoding was frequently found in spam it
would weight it towards rejection.

I'm pretty much not _against_ blocking it, but am in favour of encouraging
people to go the "extra mile" and do a little extra work to protect
standards from erosion caused by abuse and over simplified protection
strategies.
