Listserver setup in 2.2.0.ax

I know that the setup of listserve has changed with the 2.2  versions of 
James.

Are there any clear step by step instructions?  

I haven't had much success yet.

I have made changes to the james-listmanager.xml and the 
james-liststores.xml. I have uncommented  &listserverConfig and 
&listserverStores in config.xml.

I was wondering if I also had to uncomment the ENTITY entries in 
config.xml?  There aren't any instructions that they should be changed, 
so I have left them alone.
