Hey there. I am using Mozilla Firefox 0.8. I have the plug in, and
have downloaded plugins fine before, so I don't think that is the
problem, but I might be wrong. If there is any browser incompatibility,
or any that you know work for certain, post it here please.

perhaps you don't have the PDF viewer plug-in thingy for the browser..
-but there's a link on that site so you can get it..
It seems as though you cannot just download the pdf directly because
the link to the article is initiated through an html page parsed
through php... -and so I assume it doesn't work without the PDF viewer
plug-in.
Also, assumably you can not publish it on your website, nor can
anybody distribute it to you either because of the posted message
there: "All papers are copyrighted. No re-posting of them or
distribution of them is permitted."
