i've managed to solve the problem, just with adding
the tag: 

<mailet match="SubjectStartsWith=SecretMail:"
class="ToRepository">
<repositoryPath> db://maildb/inbox/ </repositoryPath>
 </mailet>

in the JAMES config.xml file. Thanx a lot anyway.
