Curious! I may have asked this before, but are any mails being detected by the "InSpammerBlacklist" matcher? To trace this, in "..\apps\james\SAR-INF\environment.xml", set log-level="DEBUG" for "James.Mailet", restart James and examine the Mailet logs after spam has been received.
