Yes it used to work with the same version of James 2.2.1-RC1 and fetchmail.
The problem seems to occur when the fetchmail tries to verify the hostname of 
the local machine
(say "xxx") via the DNS class and it throws an UnknownHostException.  I'm a bit 
confused as the
code called is the getRemoteHostName()/getRemoteAddress... whilst it is check 
the local host?

Apparently one of my colleague removed the machine name from the host file and 
added it to our
DNS... this method does not seem to work.
