That's a message from a server that your James server is trying to deliver to. I would guess it's because the hostname you're using for the HELO command is not a fully-qualified hostname. Look in your conf for a <helloName> directive to see if it's either auto-detect or something that someone on the Internet could use to ping/email your server.
