It looks like vivid.co.za is not defined as a local host. Your server is attempting to deliver that address to another server, and that server is rejecting that address.

This scenario occurs regardless of who the recipient is and affects
all local users with existing email accounts.

Can anybody tell me how to disable the check that is causing this
error, or point me to the data set that holds the records against
which the check is performed?
