I'm not sure which of these I'm doing. Note that I had to use the Artur Wronski's compile patch to get CVS HEAD to build. I just now saw the svn-related emails on server-dev. I suppose I should try svn HEAD, but unless there are important changes, the CVS HEAD + Message-ID patch is running and working just fine for me now so I'll defer switching until necessary.
