BTW, I forgot to mention that:

- I send αινσϊ from Mozilla or Thunderbird and what is stored is =?ISO-8859-1?Q?=E1=E9=ED=F3=FA?= and when I read it with Mozilla or Thunderbird, I get αινσϊ again. But if I get it with Java I get =?ISO-8859-1?Q?=E1=E9=ED=F3=FA?=.

- I send αινσϊ from Java and what is stored is αινσϊ΄and when I read it with Java I get αινσϊ΄. But if I read it with Mozilla, Thunderbird or Outlook I get ?????.

- Finally (which is not a surprise... :-( ) when I send αινσϊ΄from Outlook what is stored is αινσϊ, and I still reading that from Java but the browsers (including Outlook!!!) get ?????.

Thanks again,

Chemi.

Ok, after some research I found the answer is at: http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2047.html and it is a problem of the clients and not of the server.
