I think there is a bug in Fetchmail from james 2.2.0 that will block its regular behaviour. Upgrade to the latest 2_1_fcs branch from subversion or fix the bug manually on your 2.2.0. Look here: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JAMES-359
