If you mean you want to bind the pop3 service to a certain IP address, you can
search for the bind tag under pop3server in config.xml and uncomment it:
<pop3server enabled="true">
...
<!-- Uncomment this if you want to bind to a specific inetaddress -->
<!--
<bind> XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX </bind>
-->
...
</pop3server>
