If you mean when your mail client connects to James' pop3 server, "leave
messages on the server" is an option most mail clients offer. I am not aware
of a James pop3 server configuration option to ignore deletion requests.

If you are wanting to keep a persistent copy of all locally delivered
messages you can configure such behaviour into the mailet chain using
existing mailets and matchers. One simple way would be to forward a copy of
each mail to a mailbox such as [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I'm sure lots of people will have solutions to your problem if you can be
more specific in your requirements.
