If your message is a Mail and te code is in a mailet you need to clone the
mail and call Mail.setRecipients and then send() it (so that it starts its
journey again with the new recipients) and GHOST the original so that the
original recipients don't get that one too. See AbstractRedirect
if it is a Java Mail message you're sending using javaMail you need to call
saveChanges()

hi,
I am using james 2.2.0. and my mailet is a seesion bean client which i
am trying to deploy in jboss.My code looks something like
String recep=sb2.toString();
mail.getMessage().addRecipients(Message.RecipientType.TO,recep);
I am unable to send the mails to the recipients added here.Should i include
any send mail command explicitly here?
