Do not use Spamcop's real-time blocklist to block spam.
If you must use it for spam filtering, then use it for
scoring purposes.
Spamcop uses user reports, and is therefore just as
reliable as the people using it.
It's not a question on who is accountable. It's about
how you decide to filter your email. Your current
method WILL result in false positives.
