If im not wrong there is no such gui :-( But feel free to develop
one ;-)

There is no such ChangeLog :-( You should be able to browse svn log to
see changes. Also version 2.3.0 has two "blocker" at the moment so
2.3.0a2 will only released if these are get fixed. Maybe it would a good
idea to start such changelog in the wiki or offer the svn commits on the
website ?
