I am so glad to a reply finally. Thanks a lot.
You see Norman, a Bounce processor comes into action when a Mail's state is changed to ERROR internally by JAMES. But in my case, its the *RemoteDelivery* mailet which generates the error message (when remote delivery of the mail fails).
Hope you get my question.

RemoteDelivery has an option <bounceProcessor> bounces </bounceProcessor> that you can use. Look at the latest 2.3.0b1 release to understand how we changed the default configuration. That configuration (RemoteDelivery and the bounce processor) should also work for 2.2.0.
