Message body altered

Hello,
I am sending out HTML messages and it looks like the message body is 
altered once it gets posted out.  This is keeping some of the images 
from showing up. I am not sure what is happening.  Any advice is welcome.

I am using the latest RC build downloaded last night.  I can supply 
config params if needed.
Also this data might get altered when I post it to the mailing list.  If 
so I will html encode it.
