SMTP Users and passwords

Hi all,

I am trying to set up James SMTP server to use username and password 
when sending e-mails. I know how to add users for pop and smtp but I don't know and can not find docs about using smtp username and passwords. Is 
it possible to set up that kind of configuration to James Mail Server 
and where to find information about it?
