It *should* be really easy: just copy the whole james folder and (if
used) export/import your db. Everything else should simply work.

This went very smoothly.
I had a couple of minor issues because I was upgrading from 2.2 to 2.3
and had to change fetchmail configuration, but the basic transfer was a
breeze.
I had thought of writing this up for the wiki, but it is so simple it
hardly seems worth it.
