Don't worry problem solved. There was a weird flag at our end ...which
was causing this.....

we use the RemoteDelivery mailet for outgoing mail. It directly connect 
to the remote mailserver. So no sendmail is used. Now to your problem..

Is the email accepted or still in the outgoing folder of your mail 
client ? Do you setup SMTP-Auth or relaying for sending email ? A good
