It directly connect to the remote mailserver. So no sendmail is used. Now to your problem.. Is the email accepted or still in the outgoing folder of your mail client ? Do you setup SMTP-Auth or relaying for sending email ? A good howto can be found here: http://james.apache.org/server/2.3.0/smtp_auth.html bye Norman Sharma, Ashutosh schrieb: > I just want to know how James deals with Outgoing mail? > Does it uses sendmail or what? > > In my case I am able to receive incoming mail but the outgoing mails are > not at all working. > Have no idea -even how to debug and what to do? > > With Best Regards: > Ashutosh Sharma > 212-902-7869 > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > !EXCUBATOR:1,45b9150639415637117102! > --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
