My mail server requirements are somewhat unique, so before investing too
much time I'd like to ask if James fits the following scenario.
I'm the only user for the mail server, but I'm using hundreds of
different email aliases in several domains.
I need to be able to configure the mail server so it accepts all emails
to valid addresses, somehow stores the original recipient with the mail
(probably in a special mail header) and then delivers it into the one
and only mailbox (which should be accessible via IMAP). Am I right that
this can be done with the current functionality in James (trunk version)?
On sending, the mail server should be able to interpret information in
the sended mail (via a mail header or some pattern matchable text in the
subject or body) and change the sender according to the information. Am
I right that this can be done with a custom mailet?
I'd love to use James, as I'm a Java developer.
Thanks
Michael
