IP I can authorize for relay. I was thinking, if possible, to add all
IPs in my network, something like 192.168.69.*.

This is because probably you connect to James not from 127.0.0.1 but
from 192.168.69.22.
Just add an user to James and use SMTP AUTHentication to send emails or
add the 192.168.69.22 to the authorized addresses (scan the config.xml
for this).
