If I remember correctly someone asked something about configuring a gateway on virtual dedicated servers from godaddy: http://help.godaddy.com/article.php?article_id=122 IIRC, the solution is to put <gateway>k2smtpout.secureserver.net.</gateway> on you RemoteDelivery configuration.
