Yeah, we simply want to present users some steps to check before they have to come to the list. A FAQ is not a manual. It's answers should not get too long. Instead, they should refer to documentation where the problem is dealt with separately. So you'd have to find the fine line here between covering the frequent problem and answering briefly. The complex documentation is not covered by your GHOP task.
