Putting user info in a database

I started using James recently, and so far it seems to be working out 
pretty well.

I have a question. I am thinking about using a MySQL database to make it 
easier to add users. What happens to the accounts I added via the 
RemoteManager? Will those be imported into the database when I restart 
James?
