Hi Everyone,
I'm now trying to use James to build a mail server for our company.
Because the James is very powerful in customizing the user db, and I
need it to connect the mail server with our Single-Sign-On system, so
the management of all the user accounts and will be in a single point.
With the help of James, I achieved this goal easily.
However, it seems using James to integrate with a web mail interface
is rather difficult, since its lacks of IMAP ability. As SquirrelMail
is my favorite choice for Web interface, I have to integrate an IMAP
server called dovecot and using Mail-Fetch plug-in provided by
SquirrelMail to get whole system up. Luckily that dovecot also
supports database user source.
I've also done some researchs on the website but can not found better
solutions than what I'm doing now. So does anyone know any better
solutions than piling up all those apps together? And when will James
release their product that officially supports IMAP?
Thanks,
- Li Wei Nan
