To stop the junk e-mail filter in Outlook click Actions Junk e-mail Junk e-mail options
Choose "no automatic filtering" Note that mail from senders in the "blocked" list will still be moved into the junk e-mail folder when this is selected. To prevent this simply empty your blocked senders list. E-mail rules may also perform filtering functions. To prevent this, In Outlook 2003 click Tools Rules and Alerts Untick all the boxes and none of the rules will run.
