Thanks, for the reply Norman, I actually figured it out. There were
two IMAP config setting that we commented out in the config file.
Here they are uncommented below:

<!-- Experimental IMAP support -->
<inboxRepository>
<repository destinationURL="mailboxmanager://#mail/"

When I send a message to a mail user the message doesn't show up

user's IMAP inbox. I don't get any errors and the message seems to
show in
the inbox (POP). Am I missing a config step?
